Kimberly (Kimm) Rombardo is a Certified Professional Empowerment Coach, educator and trainer with more than 10 years experience in the field of education. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration, she is passionate about supporting individuals as they create the life they desire.

After having the opportunity to "coach" and support teachers through the Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment Program in the state of California, Kimm became intrigued with the process of coaching. She attended the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching where she received her certification as an empowerment coach in 2003 and worked with clients in a life coaching capacity. In a quest to blend her skills as a life coach with her work as an educator's coach, she attended extensive training at the Center for Cognitive CoachingSM which fueled her passion for making coaching available to all educators. From there, the vision for the Educators' Coaching Institute was conceived.

Kimm enjoys working directly with all education professionals, both individually and as part of an organization. She is dedicated to supporting her clients in their quest to live happy more fulfilled lives.
